Choose a trip, your date and group size on the website and send the booking request — it takes about two minutes. We check availability and reply within one business day with your confirmation and payment details.

No. You pay nothing until we confirm. To secure the booking we send you a payment link for a 30% deposit (PayPal or card), and you pay the rest in cash or by bank transfer when you arrive.

Cancel 14 days or more before the trip for a full refund. Between 7 and 13 days before, we refund 50%. Less than 7 days before, or if you don't show up, there is no refund. See our terms for details.

Yes. Prices are per person in Indonesian rupiah and get cheaper as your group grows, because transport and guides are shared. The website shows the exact price for your group size.

Each trip page lists what's included and what isn't. Most trips include a private air-conditioned vehicle with driver, entrance tickets for the places in the itinerary and mineral water. Hotels are included when you choose a 3★ or 4★ hotel option.

You choose the class — a 3★ or 4★ hotel — and we book one of our partner hotels in that class, depending on availability. You can also choose tour only if you already have a place to stay.

If you book a hotel with us, we pick you up there. If not, choose your area when booking and we'll collect you from your hotel or villa. Main tourist areas are free; some further areas have a small charge per vehicle, shown before you book.

Yes. Your group has its own vehicle and driver — a car for up to 4 guests, a HiAce for up to 12, a Coaster for up to 19 and buses for larger groups.

Yes, as an optional extra on any trip, at a fixed price per vehicle. We meet you at arrivals and take you back on your last day.
