Questions
How much do I earn?
5–8% of the trip price, depending on the trip. Your partner page shows the rate for every trip. Commission is on the trip price, not on extras or airport transfers.
When do I get paid?
Once a month, by PayPal or bank transfer, for every trip that has happened and been paid in full by the guest that month.
Do I need lots of followers?
No. Friends, family, colleagues, a travel community or guests at your villa all count. What matters is that you share with people who'd love a trip to Bali or Lombok.
Is there a prize?
Every 6 months our top sellers by sales value get a mystery prize. 🎁
How do I track my bookings?
Your private partner page shows every booking from your link, what you've earned, what's coming after trips, and what's been paid.
Partner terms
- Commission is a percentage of the trip price (not extras, transfers, fees or taxes), at the rate shown for that trip when it was booked.
- It becomes payable once the guest has paid in full and the trip has taken place. Cancelled or refunded bookings don't earn commission.
- We pay once a month by PayPal or bank transfer. Any transfer fees from your bank or PayPal are yours.
- Bookings count for you when the guest arrives through your link and books within 60 days. Booking through your own link for yourself doesn't count.
- Please be honest in how you promote us: no spam, no fake reviews, no pretending to be Tour Pulau, and no paid ads on our brand name.
- We may change rates or end a partnership at any time; commission already earned is always paid.
